Experience and Skills
Anny has more than 30 years’ experience in in integrated people development in both the Private and Public Sectors. In the corporate environment, Anny served in several executive and leadership roles during her career, with expertise in Organisational Development, Employee Engagement and Change Management and Transformation. She has spent the last ten years in the Public Sector in Jersey leading the Public Sector Reform employee engagement programme from 2014 – 2015. In 2016 - 2017 she was leading the organisational leadership development strategy and programmes across government.
Anny has served on the Jersey Public Sector Women in Leadership Board and designed and lead on the mentorship programme to support and inspire women into leadership. Anny also offers other skills such as, conflict resolution and mediation, process facilitation and psychometric assessments.
