Cilette has 32 years’ experience in human excellence development and served in several executive and consulting roles in Human Resources, Organisation Development, and Change Management and Transformation. During her corporate career in financial services and consulting, she partnered with leaders and teams to determine and contribute to business strategies and transformation. Cilette is an experienced facilitator and coach, specialising in personal, leadership, and team development. She helps clients to grow through their relationships with themselves and others, so they can create and co-create value in every aspect of their lives. Cilette does pro bono work with start-up and small businesses to establish purpose, strategy, and leadership capability.
Cilette possesses of other skills such as conflict resolution, process design and Neurolinguistic Programming.
