Having spent over 20 years in the field of change leadership and leadership and organisational development, her work has included large-scale leadership transformation, capacity building, team coaching and enabling the development of a culture in which coaching, mentoring, strategic and effective dialogue and working with the organisation as a system, are seen as key to effect positive sustainable change. As a business-woman and entrepreneur, she has occupied leadership positions in organisations encompassing both strategic marketing and human resource portfolios. This experience has proven invaluable in her ability to coach leaders to exponentially improve their personal and professional leadership impact. Creina takes an integrated, multi-disciplinary approach to coaching and believes its impact is measurable for both individuals and teams, by tangible differences in behaviour and performance. She is one of 24 Global Faculty of the Thinking Environment® which enables her to maintain an active interest in the development of this body of work. She teaches Time To Think based and other theoretical frameworks of coaching practice to practitioner coaches. She facilitates Executive Education programmes at numerous business schools and has provided academic supervision to MBA and MPhil students at several universities. Creina has qualifications in both narrative Enneagram emergence and Integrative Enneagram IEQ9. She frequently uses the lens of the Enneagram to assist clients deepen their own self-awareness for self-development and to support a deepened level of insight and understanding that encourages collaboration and alignment in teams.
