Francois is a registered Industrial Psychologist (PS 014 6250) with expertise found within the Mining & HR field. His areas of focus include communication practice re-design, organisational design interventions, career counselling initiatives and the utilisation of psychometric assessments whether for recruitment or development. Francois also forms part of Shine’s IOP internship management team, which was awarded the SIOPSA Presidential Award in 2020 and 2021 for Best IOP Internship in South Africa. He also supports the next generation of psychologists to navigate their final board exams before registration through offering Shine's IOP Board Exam Course. Francois's primary driver of empowering people from all walks of life, serves him to connect with people regardless of their background, educational levels or socio-economic upbringing.
