Experience and Skills

Julia has a decade of experience in operational roles, starting as a project manager and progressing to become the operations director of a digital marketing agency. Her focus has always been on accomplishing tasks and achieving results. While serving as the operations director, Julia recognized the crucial connection between results and employee engagement. This realization prompted her to transition her career from operations to people development and the design of exceptional employee experiences.

Julia possesses expertise in organizational leadership, having held positions at the Executive Committee and Board levels. She leverages this experience and brings it into her coaching, facilitation, corporate education, and employee experience design. Julia's extensive background includes leadership development and team building, and she is deeply committed to fostering inclusive organizations that prioritize the well-being of individuals.
