Roger has more than 40 years of experience as an educator, lecturer and researcher. During his career, he served in various capacities at the University of Cape Town over a 20 year period. He has been an independent consultant since 2009, and has specialised in executive coaching, life coaching, facilitation and transformational dialogue. He has worked with leaders, in corporate and non-corporate settings, assisting them to develop both personally and professionally (Personal Mastery and Empowerment). Roger believes in engaging in conversations that matter, allowing all voices to be heard for active, accountable citizenship' - where a safe and courageous space is held for people to engage with minds, hearts, souls and wills more wide open. Roger also has a great passion in process design as well as leadership and team development.
